Visit talent.subranker.com to create a talent profile. Add your work experience, trade skills, certifications, and references. Your profile is reviewed and, once approved, becomes visible to verified contractors looking to hire.
References and Recommendations
Strong references strengthen your talent profile. When you add references, they receive an email invitation to provide a recommendation. Completed recommendations are displayed on your profile, giving contractors confidence in your abilities.
Background Checks
Some positions may require a background check. These are processed securely and the results are shared only with the requesting contractor and our admin team. Background checks help build trust and open doors to more opportunities.
